Rest well

Get that blood pumping

Eat right

Most of us have days when we skip a workout or overindulge, but as long as ‘healthy’ is your default, you’re halfway there already! Change comes from actions that you do most of the time, not what you do sometimes.
So remember, consistency is key!
The most effective way to be glowing and charming is to be consistent in your efforts and be loyal to yourself.
